建议高质量，办理高质量。十四届全国人大三次会议期间，代表们依照法定程序提出对各方面工作的建议、批评和意见共计9160件，交由211家承办单位研究办理。其中，23项231件建议经委员长会议确定，由全国人大各专门委员会重点督办。目前，各承办单位均已按期办理完毕并答复代表。
