第三十二条 自然保护区管理机构应当建立日常巡护制度，合理配备巡护人员和巡护装备，加强巡护站点建设。巡护人员应当观察和记录主要保护对象生境状况及其变化情况，对违反自然保护区保护和管理规定的行为予以劝阻、制止并及时报告。
