We have everything mostly deployed in Kubernetes (we can discuss this but we have very complex stateful workflows that we need to expose as temporary machines that are very easily deployed on Kubernetes, and very hard on other platforms). With React we just compile into static files and serve them from a CDN (basically free). And the Hono backend is like < 100MB RAM.
